Tamiko calmed down as well. She slowly back up, picked up her egg and placed her pokeball back on her belt. At this point, so much had happened she really just wanted to get to the closest town and rest.

Catori gave Latios a grateful, yet uneasy smile, and glanced down to the floor for a moment, before looking back to the pokemon. "We met your sister on the Buizel Hillside." she stated slowly. "She had been hurt by some other trainers, and she attacked me and Rei at first." The girl swallowed.
"We managed to calm her down so I could bandage her wing up... And then after we'd spoken for a little bit, she asked to come with us." Tori looked at Latios carefully, waiting for a response.

But nothing happened. The Latios fell down to the ground in pain. It had been searching for it's sister for days, it had no time to eat, drink or sleep. Latios had broken out in fever. Everything went black.

Tamiko jumped backas the Latios fell. Her eye brows rose and she shook her head. This is crazy. She began to question what she had gotten herself into. She reached into her backpack and pulled out a super potion. "It's all I got. Do you think it'll do something?"

Catori frowned. "I dunno, it might." she said quietly. In reality, she felt like this was all down to her. It was her fault Latios was ill like this now, she hadn't even thought it through when Seren- Latias- had asked to join their team. She'd just said yes, because that was what she wanted most.
"I don't know what to do." she said quietly, starting to cry a little. Rei nudged the girl gently, trying to cheer her up, but the frown on Tori's face didn't move. "It's all my fault. I'm such an idiot..."

Tamiko looked at Catori for a moment, seeing her weakness and embracing it. Emotions such as anger and sorrow Tamiko catagorized as useless. She slowly brought her hand down on the Latios, touching it gently and sighed. She turned away and began to walk further down the path before stopping. She reached into her backpack and pulled out a scarf. She wrapped it around her egg and turned around. She looked at Catori, with concern. "I don't know what to do." she said, simply.

Catori sank to her knees, tears rolling down her face. "Latios, I'm so sorry." She repeated the words over and over, each time the sentence was broken up more and more by her sobs. Rei watched her friend in silence, knowing she couldn't do much to help.
Tori glanced to Tamiko, worried. "We... We have to do something... We can't leave him like this..." The girl turned back to Latios, placing her hand on the pokemon's neck gently, and taking a Potion from her bag, squirting it on the fallen legendary in an attempt to help. She knew a Potion wasn't the strongest of healers anyway, but it was worth a shot. She wasn't going to give up.

It didn't help. The Latios started moaning in pain. It's fever was getting worse.

The egg inside Tamiko's arms wiggled a little bit. She began to get a tightening feeling in her stomach which made her turn back to Catori. She sighed and tilted her head to the side. "I suppose you're right but I have no idea what to do..."

As Catori cried, one of the pokeballs on her bag glew, and her Latias, Seren, let herself out. The first thing the dragon pokemon saw was Catori's face, and then she followed the girl's gaze to look at her brother.
+Latios...+ she muttered quietly, gliding over and nudging her brother gently. +Come on, Latios. You have to wake up.+ Catori watched her friend try to help her brother, and her eyes suddenly widened as she noticed the bandage that was still wrapped tightly around Seren's wing.
Turning to Tamiko, she stated simply, "A Pokemon Center. Maybe the nurse there will know what to do." It seemed to be their best option at the moment. Potions weren't going to work, and Catori had no pokemon that were able to heal others.

"I suppose we get going?" she said, feeling clueless. Tamiko frowned, "Are you just going to leave latios here?"
