The Pidgey was hit. It was a cirtial hit as Pidgey made a mistake using Sand Attack. Now it couldn't see though it's own sand. Pidgey tried to use Tackle on Lotad but missed it and bumped it's head into a tree. It got it's beak stuck in the bark,"Pidgey," the Pidgey said as it tried to get it's beak loose from the bark. This would be a great time for another great hit as the Pidgey can't move.

Alexxander grinned. Stupid but good stupid bird!
Lotad used absorb when Alexxander told him to. He didn't want to make Pidgey faint. So Lotad absorbed a bit of Pidgey's health making it a bit weak.
He threw a pokeball then hoping to catch the Pidgey.

HP- 8/20 The Pidgey didn't expect the PokeBall coming and was sucked up inside it. Pidgey stuggled with what little time it had left to get the ball opened. But the ball made a dinging noise. Pidgey had been caught.  You caught a level 5 male Pidgey

Alexxander: YES! That was good wasn't it Lotad? Now I have a Pidgey!
He decided to leave Pidgey's name as it was, he didn't believe in renaming or giving them nicknames. He also believed in keeping the first pokemon you get out of a pokeball.
Lotad: Lotaad.
Alexxander: Well Lotad good fighting, shall we get Pidgey out?
He looked at Lotad who nodded.
Alexxander: Pidgey go!
He released Pidgey from his ball and watched the bird settle next to him.
Pidgey: Pidgey!
Alexxander: Look Pidgey, I have no doubt you are going to make a great flying pokemon.
He looked around and saw a berry bush, he picked two Oran Berries off the bush, and fed them one of each to his pokemon.
Lotad: *Munch* Lotaad.
Pidgey: *Munch* Pid.
Alexxander smiled. Looking around then sat on the ground, his pokemon around him. He was happy, he put Lotad on his lap and Pidgey was pecking at the ground close to Lotad and Alexxander.

Catori had watched the battle with interest, and a slight twinge of envy. Not that she wasn't happy that Alexx had managed to catch the pokemon, of course. She was just missing the experience of adding someone new to the team, even though she rarely went about it through a battle.
Still, she clapped as the pokeball bleeped and fell still. "Wow, congrats!" she grinned. As Alexx spoke to his pokemon, she found herself nodding. "Pidgey can get really strong when they evolve." she stated simply, grinning at the bird pokemon.
Rei watched the two pokemon eating, and her eyes then wandered to an apple tree a few feet away. She floated over slowly, and closed her eyes. A moment later, she unleashed a Psywave attack on the tree, causing several of the apples to fall down. Catori had already caught on to her friend's plan, and was ready to catch them. The pair of them returned a moment later, the teenager clutching the apples tightly.
She turned to Tamiko and Bellsprout with a grin. "You guys want one?" |

But a Pikachu had fallen out of the tree with the apples. It glared at Catori as it Thundershocked her,"Pika pika!" The Pikachu conplained. It was mad and you could tell by the sound of it's voice.

Alexxander looked to the Pikachu.
Alexxander: Oh wicked! Another pokemon!
He wondered if he should try and catch it. But then he had second thoughts.
Lotad and Pidgey was watching the Pikachu. Lotad nudged Alexx gently as if he was trying to get him to battle with Pidgey.

This Pikachu was rude. It was ingoring Alexxander and fussing at Catori. It seemed it was only interested in her. It was mad for having been knocked out of the tree while it was eating.

Hmm. It was being fussy. Maybe a friendly approach would work. So Alexx picked another Oran berry and edged closer to the Pikachu.
Alexxander: Hey Pikachu its ok. Here have a berry.
(OOC: I almost put beer xD)
He held his hand out, showing Pikachu the berry and assured the mouse pokemon everything was ok. In other words no strings attached.
Then Pidgey and Lotad nodded behind Alexxander telling Pikachu it was alright.

The Pikachu took the berry, and ran away, off into the trees. It was long gone now.

Ooc;; Darn, I would have had that Pikachu >.>Catori winced as the electric attack hit her, falling onto her knees weakly. Rei, on the other hand, spurred into action right away, moving infront of her friend and sending another Psywave at the Pikachu, clearly angry. After the attack, she floated back to Catori, making sure the girl was okay.
The two of them watched as Alexx tried to befriend it, only to have it run off with the berry that had been offered to it. Catori couldn't help but giggle a little. "Hey, you win some, you lose some, right?" she smiled. Glancing at her hair, she realised half of it was now pretty much frazzled. "Ugh, great." she sighed, getting to her feet again.
+You sure you're okay?+ Rei asked.
Catori nodded. "I'd like to teach that Pikachu some manners though!" [/size]

"Pika!" Came a scream in the distion. The Pikachu was cornered by a Tauros. It was going to attack the helpless Pikachu and kill it any minute now. Would Catori help Pikachu or not?

The male helped Catori up when he heard the Pikachu scream, he spun round, telling Lotad and Pidgey to follow, when he got their he saw the Tauros, that was wayy better than Pikachu.
Alexxander: Pidgey SAND ATTACK! Lotad ABSORB!
Both the pokemon did as commanded, one blinding the beast and another absorbing its health by a lot!

Rei and Catori both heard the scream, and Catori ran towards the sound without even thinking about it first. Rei followed her, more concerned for her friend than the Pikachu at this point. When the two of them came face to face with the electric pokemon and the Tauros, Catori quickly moved infront of the Pikachu.
She'd had Tauros on her ranch, back home, and knew full well how tempermental they could get. "Rei, Psywave." she said, slowly and through gritted teeth.
As Rei sent the blast of psychic energy at the bull-like pokemon, Catori glanced back to the Pikachu. "Oy, move it. Get somewhere safer." she said bluntly, turning back to the battle. |

Catori was trying to calm it Alexx was trying to catch it!
He ordered Lotad and Pidgey to do the same moves again until the beast was weak.
Alexxander: I'm gonna catch this Catori!
