A new Challange //Closed//

Shyara stood out front of the gym for a moment watching a Tauros and its owner run past before looking down to her pokemon. "Ready Shady....this will be a new challage for us" she said as she stepped through the doors and looked around moving down the path way.

Shady stayed at her side. Looking around she could smell water which was sort of strange for her as she had never been around so much water indoors before. Stepping up to Shyara's side she stopped and looked around.

Shyara had stopped as well "a water gym" she whispered as she thought to her pokemon. Shaking her head she looked around "Hello" she called out with a weak smile.

The gym leader, Cassie came out. She walked up to Shyara,"Are you here for a gym battle?" She asked her,"Well I'm the gym leader. Right this way please. My name's Cassie by the way," she led Shyara to the battle room. The battle area was a swimming pool. They'd be battling there. There was two platforms floating on top of the water on either side of the pool. That was where there Pokemon battled each other,"This will be a two on two battle. You can switch Pokemon during the fight but I'm not allowed too. The first to knock out two Pokemon wins. I'll start with my Staryu. Go!" Cassie called, sending the star shaped water Pokemon onto the platform in front of her. Cassie then waited for Shyara to choose her first Pokemon.

Shyara looked at the Staryu for a moment fiddling with her pokeballs that she had, Mareep was the best to battle in this area* she thought to herself before looking to Shady "want to go first girl?" she asked with a smile as Shady nodded and jumped out onto the platform. "Shall you go first Or shall I?" she asked with a small smirk

Cassie told her Staryu to use Rapid Spin on the Shaymin. Staryu started spinning towards the Shaymin very fast hoping to hit.

(OOC: I'm guessing Shady is your Shaymin right? Also were going to need someone to mod our battle so it's fair. We can't mod each other.)

((No Shady is my Espeon, I havent caught the Shaymin yet...not till I leave Sendai village...okay so I guess we ask someone to mod the battle then hey??? whatever that means lol))

Shady watched the Staryu and waited for her trainers orders. Her eyes never leaving the Staryu that was spinning towards her.
Shyara watched as she thought through her pokemon's moves "Shady Dodge and use your Shadow ball" she called
Shady nodded her head as she dodge the Staryu's rapid spin attack and shot a shadow ball at it

Well, can't you both mod yourselves yet be responsible? Fire your attacks, leave it up to the other player if the attack hits? Just be responsible, don't let all attacks hit and don't dodge all. I don't really see why you need a mod.

[ You don't need a mod to do that. It's your choice, and we know you can tell what's fair and what's not. So, you could decide if your Pokemon get hit or not, as long as it's not all hit and all dodge. Basically what Naze said. ]

Example :

Player One :
Leafeon ran towards Raichu and attempted to tackle the Pokemon.

Player Two :
Raichu swiftly dodged the attack and fired a Thunderbolt towards Leafeon.

Player One :
Leafeon was struck but sent a razor leaf towards the enemy.

Player Two :
Raichu cried out as it was hit, fainting.

If anyone's going to mod you, Remorse or Copey will take the job. I find this simply ridiculous that this topic needs modding when two perfectly capable roleplayers are present. It doesn't take much effort to describe if the Pokemon was hit or not.
