Rules For Fan Clubs

001 ;; To participate in your club and for people to join it, the club must first be approved by an admin. If it is disapproved a reason will be provided.

002 ;; General forum rules still apply.

003 ;; You may not join a club simply to bash it, you also may not post in the club being rude. If you personally don't approve of that club, then simply pay it no mind.

004 ;; The owner may create certain specific rules for their club that each member must abide by. These rules do not override the forum rules so if you see a rule which breaks a forum rule, then please contact a staff member.

005 ;; The owner and co-owner of the club are responsible for keeping track of their members and any events taking place in their club.

006 ;; The owner may host special events or contests whenever they please. However these events or contests cannot be rewarded with money or items relevant to the main Kyoto Region roleplay.

007 ;; Clubs made to bash things are not allowed. So please no "Raichu Haters" clubs and such.

008 ;; Basic Ranks in a club are as followed
Owner - The creator of the club. In charge of most everything and of approving things after the club itself has been approved by an admin.
Co-Owner - A member with as much or close power to the owner. The owner may decide how much power the co has and to be the co-owner of the club, you must ask your owner.
Member - Ordinary members who have joined your club due to love for whatever your club is about.
The owner may add extra ranks if he/she feels it nessecary or rename said ranks.

009 ;; Make sure to add your club to the appropriate category. Each category is as followed :

Genre
Clubs about genre. Such as romance or a certain series such as Pokemon or Bleach.

Pairings
Clubs about pairings. No obscene images please. For those of you that do not know, a pairing is a romantic incline between two characters, example : Ash x Misty.

Roleplay
Clubs about roleplaying. It's where the members roleplay a certain genre. If it's Pokemon, it still has no relevance to Kyoto Region.

Character
Clubs based on a certain character from a fandom. Such as Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach or Brock from Pokemon.
