Somehow, this place, this journey, this day was going better than he had thought it would. His trup to the lab had earned him a poor little Jigglypuff that no one else had wanted, and something had possessed him to stay in Acorn Town for about two weeks, learning about his new Pokemon and trying to be her friend. And that's the reason she was now stuck to him like glue, he supposed, though he didn't mind in the least.

Somehow, the little Jigglypuff was managing to hold on to his pant leg while she drug herself along, her heavier than usual steel body draging her down. Antimony was a timid Pokemon, he had learned, though her attitude towards him had changed significantly since that first day. Now the duo was walking down Route one, no words being spoken, knowing that the harsh metallic ring of Antimony's voice would put her into a bad mood. She only spoke when she needed to.

((I'm not going to spend forever making this as literate and pretty as I do for Annalee. She has a lot more description in her personality, so until I play him a bit more, the posts might be around a paragraph or two.))

[Thym]

Through the silence of the stranger's walking, a little psychic Pokemon poked her head out from behind a rock, staring at them for a moment, wondering what was off. Then she realized she was visible, and quickly ducked behind the rock. The female Ralts shivered, then jumped out from behind the rock with a loud Boo! and Growled.

A female Ralts attacked!

Antimony, even though she had noticed the other Pokemon, jumped, involentarily rolling into a defense curl behind Yaname's leg. He knelt down, knowing that a Ralts at such a low level couldn't really do any serious damage to him. [Hush, Darling, it's alright. This is just a battle. We can do this.] His voice was soft, comforting. Antimony opened her eyes, her entire body moving in what Yaname knew was a nod. She didn't speak. [Alright, Antimony, use Covet, if you would.] He said, and the steel Jigglypuff proceeded to do so.

[Thym]

Even with her knowing full well what the attack did, she still fell for it, and Antimony ended up snatching away the Oran Berry she had found. She fell backwards with the force of the attack, even though it was weak. She frowned, pouting at the Pokemon and her trainer. -I worked hard for that berry...- She pouted aloud, pulling herself up. The she launched her other attack - Confuse Ray.

[Vin]

The attack took Antimony completely off guard - to her limited knowledge, a Ralts at this level shouldn't have been able to use Confuse Ray. It was only learned in breeding, right? She took the attack, trying to blink away the dizziness in her head as the attack got some time behind it. [Alright. This Pokemon has some potential. Shall we try to capture her?] Yaname said to Antimony, who nodded. [Alright. Use Sing for me, love.] He said as he covered his own ears, knowing the effect of the attack.

The female Ralts prepared another growl but began to notice her eyelids falling and her body falling into what felt like relaxation despite the current battle she was participating in. What..? the Ralts began to think before collapsing, eyes finally closing as the Pokemon fell into a light snore, sleeping quite soundly due to the Jigglypuff's sing attack.
