Jim is a slim figured man. He has bright blue eyes and dark sea colored hair. His hair drapes down past his shoulders. His eyes are an imperfect almond shape. When staring into them they give a piece of serenity. His arms and legs are built from swimming all day long. His stomach is lean and hard to the touch.
When out of the water he wears a blue vest that is rarely zipped up, and a pair of lose fit blue jeans. When in the water all he wears is basic swimming shorts. His hair is typically pulled back into a ponytail. His eyes are usually cover by a pair of blue shaded goggles/sunglasses combination.
Personality:
Jet has a happy go lucky personality. He is always the life of the party. He is very open to new people. He loves to be the center of everything. He loves to be faced with a challenge. Being an Elite Four member was his dream, and being the most powerful of the Elite Four (aside from the champion who really isn't Elite Four) makes him even more happy.
He loves to swim with his Pokemon. His battle area consist of a giant lake which has small islands. When awaiting an opponent he is either swimming with his Pokemon in the lake, or traveling the region. He and his Pokemon have a very close bond, and the trainer and Pokemon expect nothing shy of success. Winning and keeping the reputation of the strongest Elite Four is his goal.
History:
Jet was raised in the Kanto Region. His sister is the water gym leader Misty. Although, it was his destiny to take over the gym he had decided to take a different path. He kept to the way he was raised and trained only water types. He started with his favorite Squirtal. He took the gym challenge of the Kanto Region. Gaining water Pokemon here and there. He eventually earned all the badges and tried to become an Elite Four member of that region. Being denied make Jet angry.
He traveled from region to region collecting water types to strengthen his team. As he earned badges from regions ranking from Johto to the Shinno Region he became more known, just not enough for him to become an Elite Four member. He traveled to the Kyoto Region with an elite team that he had no desire to change. He won the badges trying to make a name for himself here. When he turned 18 the Kyoto Region recognized his power and decided to make him an Elite Four member. It wasn't till he turned 21 that he had earned the spot of the Fourth and most powerful member (although, all members of the Elite Four are equally challenging).
