Dusty stands at about 6'1. He has a slim and sporty built body. His eyes form into an off set almond shape, and the are a bright green color. His hair sits just below his shoulders. His hair is is a deep jaded color. His skin is tanned and soft.
Dusty wears a black sleeveless hoodie of his upper body. He has a pair of black pant being held up by a belt with a Regigigas buckle. Covering his feet are a pair of black and jaded colored sneakers. over his bright and peaceful looking eyes he wears a pair of jaded shaded sunglasses.
Personality:
Dusty is kind of a loner. He would rather have a few close friends than many acquaintances. He is rather quiet when he first meets someone. Once he becomes more familiar with that person he is more open towards them. He does like to reflect on his days. He likes to think of ways to better himself as a trainer and a friend towards his Pokémon.
Pokémon are his life. He is humble towards every living creature specially his Pokémon. He trains along side his Pokémon. Even if it means having to help them perfect a move by putting himself in front of the attack.
History:
Dusty was born into a nice small family on a small island called Port Key Island. This is an Island that is located in the Hoenn Region. His parents raised him to be a kind and caring person. When he was 5 he started to sneak out of the house to sit at the shore and watch the water Pokémon preform shows. Although his parents did worry about him, they knew that he would be safe since it was a small community.
When Dusty turned 7 Team Aqua raided the island trying to find an artifact that was supposed to be there. When Team Aqua came up short they tried to destroy the island, but that plan was ruined by Wallace who just so happened to be traveling and stopped at the island. Dusty hid on Wallace's boat. When Wallace found him he took him back to his parents. After talking with his parents, and talking to Dusty, Wallace had decided to take Dusty under his wing as an apprentice.
When Dusty turned 10 Wallace helped him to catch his first Pokémon. Dusty started with a little Horsea which would forever remain his favorite Pokémon. At the age of 15 he decided to break off from Wallace and get badges and battle in contests. When Dusty was finally able to battle his former master it was just about an even match. Dusty pulled away with a last second victory using his now fully evolved Kingdra.
Dusty decided to stop before challenging the champion to start all over in a new region. He is now 18. He left his Pokémon in the care of his parents and began his search for a new region. Hearing about the Kyoto Region had he decided to take his journey there. Upon arriving at the region he began heading towards the lab for his Pokémon
