Personality:
Rose is generally very warm and polite around people, and is happy to give them as much distance as they want or need. She has a bit of a motherly nature, and usually looks out for the rest of the Elite Four and their pokemon.
Rose often leaves the League building, and enjoys travelling and entering Pokemon Contests. Even so, she takes her job very seriously, and is never late when she's needed.
Gracious in defeat, Rose enjoys watching newer trainers battle, and observing the bond they share with their pokemon. She's also the type of person to try and learn from mistakes, and tries to become stronger.
Rose is very close to her Pokemon, and trains often. She is able to understand the speech of all Pokemon (at least, the ones she has encountered thus far), a gift many in her family posess. She makes her own pokemon foods and experiments with healing remedies as well.

Background:
Rose was born in Floaroma Town, Sinnoh. Her mother worked in the Flower Shop, and her father was a reporter, travelling across the region.
She began her journey at the age of ten, and travelled through various regions, battling gyms and entering contests whenever she had an opportunity to do so. She had known that she wanted to focus on grass pokemon for several years before she left home.
She was offered a place on Kyoto's Elite Four at the age of fifteen, and has held it since then, thrilled that she had an opportunity to display her pokemon's skills, as well as learn new techniques.
