Personality: Tamiko is very friendly and outgoing. She has no problem speaking up about something she disagrees with. Some may refer to her as 'obnixous' and 'loud'. As a young child, Tamiko was never like this. Things had happened in her past that made her realize it was a waste of time being miserble when no one really cared. Thus she tried to act as happy and excited as possible because after a while, she'd start to believe the feelings were real.
Tamiko's pokemon is her only true friend. She tells it everything even if it cannot respond with something in English. She loves it too death and is really looking forward to expanding her family of pokemon! Tamiko does not consider any pokemon lesser than the next and she treats her own as an equal. She loves nothing more than to take care of it and to battle!

History : Tamiko was the 4th child born into a family of seven children. Unfortunately, when fate brings you into the world as neither the youngest nor the oldest and not even the second or the sixth, you tend to be a bit left out when it comes to parental affection. Being the middle child, she did not receive great responsibility, nor was she babied like the youngest usually was. She was just there. Little annoying Tamiko: The one who was always in the way.

So, you could say that Tamiko was a bit selfish in wanting more from family life but, really she tried to make the best of it. Usually, she would just steer clear of the house and wander around in the backyard, daydreaming and making up little games that she could play by herself. Sometimes she would explore the nearby woods and that is where her adventure started.

One day, while exploring said forest, she stumbled upon a bellsprout. Ecstatic for any form of playmate, Tamiko followed the little vine-creature, even though it did not seem to want anything to do with her. She pursued the frightened creature for some time and eventually got lost but she didn’t care because she had found a new pokemon friend! The bellsprout tried to hide in a hole under a tree to escape from Tamiko but he ended up disturbing a sleeping quilava and it began to attack him. Tamiko didn’t have any pokemon of her own but she did the only thing she could think of and picked up a handful of dirt and threw it into the fire-type’s face. Startled and somewhat blinded, the quilava charged off into the forest, never to be seen again.

The bellsprout was greatful of Tamiko and the roles were suddenly reversed as he started following her around instead. Still completely lost but overjoyed with her new companion, Tamiko set off in a random direction, instantly deciding that it was her destiny to become a pokemon trainer. She decided to name her Bellsprout Bella and set out on her journey. (She’s convinced that he is a girl, but who’s going to really know the difference anyways?)
