Team Darkness sure was secretive. It had been harder than hell to get here. And there weren't any places around here to get food from, so she was hungry, too. But she couldn't complain. After all, a normal trainer would have been walking for hours to get to the points she was soaring past now. Her Pokemon were incredible.
Shayne was allowing her to ride his back, if only until they reached a resting point. They had been flying for hours. Spotting a lake below him, he swooped, chucking audibly as he felt her tense up. She hated it when he did that.
<We're taking a break.>[/color] He said, and she didn't complain. She stared at the lake, wondering what was missing from the image in her mind. The night sky was brilliant with stars, and a full moon hung overhead.
"Shayne... There's no moon." She whispered, still staring at the empty waters. She turned away, looking at the Salamence, laying down like he was the king of the lake. Her red hair swayed in a breeze, making her shiver as she walked over and sat on a rock near him.
<There never has been. Now, how long until we reach this Team Darkness you're so interested in?>[/color] He asked, and she sighed, not knowing the awnser.

Ciel
Welcome... [/b] Ciel always fallowed by his pretty well kept mightyena called Juilet. She pranced after him her head held like a little queen. Juilet care for a dip in the lake? He asked, she looked up her red eyes gleaming in the shinying moon light. He took that has a yes and took off in some what of a run. Still he kept his pace slow coming though the forest. Juilet kept her pace the same keeping close to him. As the pushed though the last bit of tree limps she stoped dead. Lip pulled back in a snarl, Ciel did the almost the same. Slowing down getting low and crouching holding onto Juilet's neck, holding her close. Easy girl He comforted her, staying low he crept forward, pulling out a pokeball it held Zain a rather sad Electrike.
Soon he saw it a Salamence he seemed to be claiming the lake for himself. Juliert snarled again, this time Ciel called out Zain. Silent, being very silent. He snapped at the electrike, who coward in fear. Go around search for others He ordered Zain quickly nodded, and took off at lighting speed. Ciel stood up unsure were the electrike went he tapped his leg, Juilet obeyed and fallowed him closely. Taking a deep breath he walked out of the forest and right toward the salamence only to notice there was a trainer not far away. Hey you what the hell are you doing just sitting out here Ciel yelled toward the trainer, feeling Juilet rushed of anger.

Turning at the sound of a human voice, River gave a harsh laugh. "I'm taking a relaxing break!" She called, shaking her head and turning back to Shayne, who had tensed up. Relax, friend. We can defend ourselves, if we need to.[/b] She said, rubbing his neck soothingly.
He untensed, eyes still locked on the young man that had walked out of the woods. He gave a low growl, breathing a heavy sigh through his nose. No words, for now. He glanced at his trainer, her back turned to the stranger, then locked his eyes on the boy again.
River flipped her hair over her shoulder, nudging one of her Pokeballs as she lowered her hand. Paws emerged in a flash of red light, assessing the situation. He wrapped his tail possessivley around River's leg, ears flicked, listening.

You think you can just by pass me?[/b] Ciel glared her remark, Juilet seemed to understand it as well. She jumped away from Ciel and charged toward the traner. Come back He grolwed, without thinking he pulled out her pokeball and returned her. Ciel knew she hated this more then anything, without holding back at all Zain yelped his return. Ciel took out his anger and gave the pokemon one kick. He yelped in pain and scuttled away hiding in shame. In the name of Team Darkness get away Ciel yelled walking toward her letting Juilet out again. This time the pokemon had anger in her eyes. She was out for the kill and planning to get it. Zain now fallowing behind Ciel, his former fear gone like a it never happened. Without saying a word Ciel calledo ut his two other pokemon.

"Team Darkness?" She made a face. Paws looked up at her with a questioning look, unwinding his tail and stepping in front of her defensivley. Shayne brushed her side with his wing, and two of her Pokemon that weren't already out appeared. Shyla the Espeon and Ember the Arcanine. They all stepped in front of her, each displaying their own personality.
Paws was the closest to her, touching her arm with his tail. Ember was slightly off to the side, looking bored, yet tense. And Shyla was up front, standing calmly. Shayne stepped up beside his trainer.
"That's why we're here, you see. We want to join Team Darkness." She said, recalling Ember and Shyla. There was no need for them, yet. She looked over at Shayne, whose eyes were still locked on the trainer and his Pokemon.

Oh..so you need me[/b] Ciel called out his last to pokemon Ariadoes and Totodile. The young inmature Totodile sprang up and dove deep into the water toward the right. Ariadoes stood his ground on the farside closer to the trees. Juilet was stanind firm by Ciel's side. Zain had taken up the rear, afraid to come any closer to Juilet or Ciel. A small but evil smirk sweep over his face. His blue eyes looked toward her grinning at her delema. Well on behalf of Team Darkness. You seem to you know needy. You want to join Ciel shrugged his shoulder. You see Team Darkness members need to be asked to join Ciel held in a laugh, petting Juilets head, she let out a growl, it might seems she was going to strike but it was a love growl to her trainer. I don't see why I would ask you to join This time he ticked a rock toward the lake. Totodile jumped up and sprayed alittle stream of water. Zain thunderbolt at Totodile Zain looked up with pleading eye, Ciel had turned away and pointed. Slowly Zain let out a bolt of electricty, shocking the poor water pokemon. Are you williing to risk your pokemon for Team Darkness? Can you handle hurting pokemon? Are you a weakling? As Ciel spoke he was taking steps toward the trianer Juilet walking with him like they were one. Totodile lay in the water black from the shock, Zain fallowed behind Ciel, Ariadose dind't dare move.

River watched all of his monologue with a cold smirk. "What are you, twelve?" She asked, patting her side and releasing Ember once again. Her Pokemon trusted her. She wouldn't hurt them. But they would hurt each other, alright. Paws turned, glaring hatefully at the Arcanine, then turned his gaze back to the stranger trainer. <We've been doing just that since you were in diapers.> He said, turning and grabbing a hold on Ember's back with his claws, tearing flesh.
Ember let out a yelp, flailing to get the Persian off of her. She slunk off behind Shayne, licking her wound. Paws made his way to River's side, mimicking the way that the Mighteyena was by her master's side. "Only the strong deserve to live. And of course, only the strong are the best. And that, little boy, is what I am. One of the best." She said, rubbing Paws' head.
"I don't care about other people's Pokemon. And as for my Pokemon, if they can't win, then it doesn't matter if they get hurt. What's the use of a loser?" She said, finishing her statement by taking three steps forwards, Paws following her.

2 strikes[/b] Ciel watched the show in alittle bit of amazment. Juilet snarled again, Zain stepped forward now to be in Ciel's other side. The young tototdile pulled himself out of the water clearly burned from the shock. Well on your behalf I'm 13 and I've been in Team Darkness since I was 10 my father was apart of Team Rocket. He said though cluched teeth, gripping his pants with his nails. Another thing is how well do you battle? He asked taking a better stance. Juilet knew thoughs words and stepped forward another snarl taking over her body. 3 on there back defenceless and I might put in a good word Ciel growled. Agreed? He asked tilting his head to the side.

"Agreed." She said, smirking. She never backed down from a challenge. A simple motion, Paws stepped forward, but she held out her hand, stopping him. "Shayne, would you mind, love?" She asked, turning her head to gaze at him with a level expression.
<Gladly. This should be entertaining.>[/color] The level 52 Salamence stood up, extending his wings. Paws stepped to the side, glaring at Ember. River, almost as an after thought, returned her to her Pokeball, watching with a smirk and bright eyes. "You first. I insist."

You don't understand[/b] Ciel watched her asemble her pokemon like it was a normal battle. But he had something diffrent in mind. Totodile get that Arcaine with every water attack you know The little pokemon took off building water preasure. Ariadoes string shot to the salamance The spider-like pokemon used it green string aiming at the salamace. Zain you stay behind Zain looked up and then down he was almost never in a battle. Juliet you and me darlin He laughed running toward the trainer, pulling out a small knife.

"Great. Now I'm gonna have to beat the hell out of a twelve year old." River smirked, relaxing her muscles. Now was the time to be limber and quick. She feigned to her side, leaping over Paws. The Persian had his eyes locked on the Mighteyna. His lips curled back into a feline sneer as he unleashed a Taunt attack. River smirked at the boy, her hands curling into fists.
Ember took the first attack head on, having no chance of avoiding it. "You know what to do!" She growled low in her throat, charging a Thunder Fang attack. With a loud howl, she charged at the Totodile. Shayne tore at the string with his claws, a smirk heavy on his face. It merely took him moments to have most of it off. "Dragon Breath!" River called to him, and he did as his trainer commanded, a wave of blue fire exploding from his throat.

Quick [/b] Ciel dropped to the ground still holding his knife, then again he jabbed at the trainer. Juilet dove out of th way from the persians attack. Juilet Giga Impact The mightyena started to turn yellow-orange, quickly she took off in a full fledge charge at the persain. Zain take the thunder-fang The pokemon ran toward the araciane full speed, but was to late. Totodile took the full hit, falling into the water. Totodile surf, Zain quick attack Zain nodded and ran foward even faster. Araidoes dove down but to slow and was nipped by the dragonbreath. Pioson Jab Ciel yelled and looked back to the Trainer. so your name is? He asked panting just alittle with another jab.

River kicked her legs out from underneath her, swinging around and aiming a kick for his ribs, balancing on her hand. Years on the run hadn't been for nothing. "River. River Hannigan." She had said, right before he jabbed the second time, giving her a small cut on her left thigh. She tapped her belt, releasing her Espeon. "Shyla, use Confusion on the Electrike!"
Paws dove to the side, being side swiped by the Giga Impact. He snarled, launching a Fury Swipes. Shyla did as she was told, eyes glowing as she attacked the Electrike with a hiss. Shayne couldn't dodge the Poision Jab, but used the close range to aim a Zen Headbutt at the spider Pokemon. "How about you?"

I have to say [/b] Ciel gasped for air as she hit his ribs. He watched as Juilet took a swipe over her face. Bite He said. Juiliet took her now scared faced and lunged again mouth open. Zain fell and crumbled under the attack of the espeon. Zain thunderbold The pokemon fliched again and shot out a weak thunderbolt. Totodile rose above the water weaked but still in a figthing move. Totodile another surf at that arcaine Ciel called holding his side, to see Ariadoes hit by the Zen headbutt. Shadow Sneak now He called, not holding pack and putting his weight into a hard punch. I'm Ciel I don't have a last name He panted

The punch connected with her jaw, and with an angry gasp, she swung her leg at the shorter kid, aiming to knock his legs out from underneath him. "No last name, eh?"
The Shadow Sneak hit, causing Shayne to flinch out of the way. He released another Dragon Breath, aiming for the Ariados. Ember was hit head on with the surf, knocking her over and causing her to stagger heavily. She readied another Thunder Fang, after her mistress had told her with a simple hand gesture. Shyla received the shock, shaking herself to shake it off. She used Quick Attack, charging toward the Electrike. Paws yowled as the Mighteyena's teeth sunk into his shoulder with power, tearing skin and causing him to bleed. He used Fury Swipes again.
