Additional Comments:

Long ago two Lugia's were born. One was a female the other male. The male was born in a lab the female born free.
After many bitter years the male Lugia became dark and twisted, no longer being part of the Light. The female Lugia stayed true to the Light and lived her life better than the dark Lugia.
As the female remained true to herself she formed a elite group of pokemon she called the Light Council. They kept the heartless trainer away from the free pokemon. Still Shadow Lugia was controled by the trainer and often lured pokemon out of the safety of the light Realm. That was when the Dark Era began Light Lugia battled Shadow Lugia out in the open like dragons. The battle raved for 100 of years. Destorying the land, finally they came to an agreement. The two Lugias would claim only three landmarks as there own. Only pokemon that chose to fallow them lived in there areas.
Human fled at the first battle, never to be seen agian.

That Is were the battle ended two pokemon simler in looks but different in mind. Pokemon of all types now gather in Eclipse region some fallow the light others the dark. Now there is a group of pokemon living out of those ranks. They call them selves the Peace Side. They don’t pick between the light or the dark they are different without a leader they do as they please.
