Lucario isn't an 'official' legendary but it's incredibly rare.
Plus, I've beaten a lot of legendaries with non-legendary Pokemon.

Mewtwo, it has a good type advantage against Lucario.
And it'll probably have better stats too, since it's a legie and Lucario isn't. x3

Also, if you look at the battle with some intelligence with the Pokemon rules, Mewtwo is a psychic type pokemon >> which totally out-rules Lucario since he's fighting type (as well as steel).

Amy if you weren't a girl I would probably kill you for saying what you did.. On the other hand, I would probably kill anyone who says Lucario isn't legendary!
