Appearance::
KL is a tall, thin blonde with green eyes. She can't be considered much else. She is absolutley normal. At least, to most eyes. But to eyes that know her well, she has little physical quirks and flaws. She towers above some people with her height of 5"9, filling out nicely with her weight of 140 lbs. Her skin is creamy, with just a hint of a sunburn. She has long fingers, perfect for playing piano, which she does well. She also usually has bruises all over, since her skin tissue is sensitive to pressure.
She has little bitty freckles on most of her body, but they're so pale that they can hardly be seen. She has a birth mark on her right hip in the shape of a Lunatone. She also has a large, flat, dark freckle on her left foot, right where it joins with her ankle. The tips of her ears are just slightly pointed, an effect of being slightly premature and having a mother that loved to pull on her ears. Her hair, when let down, falls to the middle of her back, with bangs that curtain to the left over her face. She always has that random lock of hair that does whatever it wants, always sticking up in the most random way possible.
Personality::
KL is a wild card. Her mouth has no censor. When she has an errant thought about someone's hair style, she'll say it out loud, not thinking until after the fact that she might have hurt the person's feelings. At the same time, if she knows she'll be around a person for more than a day, she tries incredibly hard not to speak, in case she does happen to start something.
When she's happy, she laughs all the time. She loves to smile, and she loves making other people smile. But when she gets mad, she starts being hateful and sarcastic. And when she gets really, really angry, she'll pull out everything she knows about a person to tear down any shred of self respect that they have, and she'll have a very hard time apologizing. It tears down all of her self respect to know that she's intentionally hurt a person.
She's loyal, even to those she doesn't know. She's one of those people that trusts everyone until someone gives her a reason not to trust them. She's a somewhat good loser, only going into a slight depression. She's in the clear within a day, though.
Background::
KL was born in the Johto reigon, to a family of people that were against pokemon. She had two older siblings, a brother who was 8 when she was born, and a sister that was 13. Her father was a human doctor, and her mother was the editor in chief to a fashion magazine for people. From birth to the age of 9, KL had no idea what a pokemon was, other than a 'vile, disgusting creature', as her mother put it.
When KL was 10, her sister moved to Kyoto. Within four months, she had become a pokemon breeder with four pokemon of her own. She kept this a secret from her mother as she invited KL and her brother to her home. Her brother was repulsed by the pokemon, and immediately called their mother, but KL was fascinated. That was the beginning of her real life, in her mind.
KL and her brother were immediately called back to Johto, and her sister was disowned for being a pokemon trainer. After that visit to her sister, KL became the rebellious girl that she is today. During a fight with her mother, her attempt to storm down the stairs caused her to fall, tearing the inside of her left arm open on a piece of a shattered vase that had fallen with her. She fought against her parents' wishes at all times, because they refused to let her become a pokemon trainer. This power struggle continued for the next four and a half years, leading us to the present day.
Her parents finally became sick of the fighting, and sent her away. She took the opportunity to move in with her sister, who had since gotten married and started a family. Her sister, Amy, spared no expense in making sure her little sister was comfortable. KL just wanted to get a pokemon, and start her journey. Which, hopefully, is now.
Other info::
- KL is a vegetarian. Which pretty much means her diet is consistent of fruits, vegetables, and drinks. She pretty much refuses to eat anything that has ever looked at anything.
-KL's dreams consist of becoming a pokemon trainer and photographer, and perhaps one day a breeder.
-She uses the proper Japanese suffixes when referring to people.
